Perplexing Chimera is a Magic: the Gathering site devoted to puzzles, game states and conjecture. We look at strange (yet possible) scenarios, explore new uses for unassuming cards, and conduct logical exercises. That, and sometimes it’s just fun to be a bystander at the most complicated table and say “Wait! If you tap that creature…”

Perplexing Chimera is currently publishing new puzzles every Tuesday on GatheringMagic.com. That means that this site is on hiatus, but we’ve maintained our archive of puzzles so that you can explore our previous works.

Perplexing Chimera reserves the right to edit puzzles or solutions for the purpose of correction or clarification. Puzzle solutions may not necessarily be unique; in these cases, Perplexing Chimera will present at least one correct solution.
